- When you request to set up your account;

When you use our platform, we process the following categories of personal information:
- Information required for the set-up of your account: we process your name, email address, job title, and phone number, if you provide it. We process this information to register you for an account, enable the delivery of our services. We may also process your communications with us when you ask us to provide technical support. We rely on fulfilment of contract as our legal ground for processing.
- Your account usage information: when you sign in and use your account, we will collect your IP address, the region or general location where your computer or device is accessing the internet, browser type, operating system and other usage information about the use of the platform. We use this information to help us design our platform to better suit your needs. We may also use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server. We rely on a legitimate interest to handle your account usage information for the aforementioned purposes.
Where we process your personal information and who we share it with
The platform is managed and maintained by our team located in the United Kingdom.
The platform is hosted by our cloud storage provider in the European Economic Area (EEA). We may also use a partner for providing you with an automated artworking. These service providers, as well as their servers are located in the United Kingdom or the EEA. We have appropriate contracts in place to make sure they are processing personal information in accordance to our instructions and do not use or have access to your personal information for any purpose other than defined by us.
Under certain circumstances, we may be required to provide personal information to public bodies or law enforcement authorities. We will make sure that we share your personal information with the authority asking for it only if there is a proper legal basis for it.
How long we keep your personal information
We will retain your personal information on our systems only for as long as we need to. We will keep it for as long as you are using the account and for 7 years after your last login to your user account.
